GaN Systems GS665MB-EVB 650V Universal Motherboard is the basic platform for evaluating the GaN Systems GS6650x 650V GaN E-HEMT products. The GS665MB-EVB 650V Universal Motherboard is designed to be use with the The GS665xxT Daughter Boards to demonstrate and prototype with GaN E-HEMT devices in various applications. The GS665MB-EVB Motherboard can be powered by an external power supply at 9V to 12V. An onboard voltage regulator supplies 5V to the Daughter Board and control logic circuits, and also includes a 12VDC fan.
