IXYS Integrated Circuits NCD1015ZP Half Duplex RFID Transponder
IXYS NCD1015ZP Half Duplex Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Transponder is a passive 50mm cylindrical low-frequency read only transponder. This transponder operates at a resonant frequency of 134.2kHz and offers 10 years of data retention. The transponder supports ISO 11784 and ISO 11785 standards with 64-bits data/identification storage and 16-bit CRC error checking code generator. The NCD1015ZP half-duplex transponder utilizes Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation technique for the transmission of the digital data. The applications include inventory management, vehicle identification, ingress/egress discovery, security access administration, etc.
